Data Processing & Transparency Notice
1. Nature of Data & Identity
When a client registers, the Platform processes the provided identifier (email) purely as a technical credential to secure account access and maintain operational transparency. The Platform does not verify, nor is it under obligation to differentiate, whether an email address constitutes personal or corporate data.
2. Client Control and Responsibility over Operational Data
The client determines what information and operational data is provided to the Platform in connection with a task.
- Client's Security Obligation: It is strictly the client’s sole obligation to manage, transmit, and operate all data necessary for task completion (including, but not limited to, source code, production environment access credentials, API tokens, or server passwords) in a secure manner.
- Exclusion of Liability: The Platform acts purely as a passive technical medium and cannot be held liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or losses resulting from insecurely managed or overly permissive credentials provided by the client.
3. Contractual Obligations & Applicable Law
The choice of data provided during registration and task creation rests entirely with the client. Any agreements, dispute records, or financial document requirements are governed directly by applicable statutory laws (including the Commercial Law and Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia), which prescribe the specific data elements mandatory for commercial transactions and contract formation.
4. Technical Infrastructure & External Services
All project-related inputs and functional logs are processed via external cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States by third-party data center operators. For technical security, payment verification metadata is processed through the dedicated domain SvarcsPay.com, which is fully owned and operated by the Operator (as outlined in Terms and Conditions) on an "As-Is" and automated basis, strictly limited to what is technically necessary to complete the tasks requested by the user.
